Claimed Benefits: Cinnamon leaf pure essential oil is an antiseptic, antibiotic, antispasmodic, astringent, and fights free radicals. It is also a natural insecticide. Cinnamon leaf has a clove-like aroma unlike cinnamon bark which has the true cinnamon smell, but the leaf oil eases breathing difficulties and is a great tonic for the respiratory tract.

Dilute this pure essential oil with a suitable carrier oil (eg: Baobab oil, Jojoba oil), or even simply inhale the scent directly from the bottle. Using neat essential oils may irritate the skin so always dilute into a carrier oil or base cream before use – do not apply to skin undiluted.
