Eucalyptus eases sinus pain and headaches, and is good for easing sore muscles and joint pain. Add Eucalyptus oil to Peppermint oil to thoroughly clean surfaces and freshen and uplift your environment.

Dilute this pure essential oil with a suitable carrier oil (eg: grapeseed oil, almond oil) and use it in your diffuser, or even simply inhale the scent directly from the bottle. Using neat essential oils may irritate the skin so always dilute into a carrier oil or base cream before use.

Ingestion of oils: Ingestion should only ever be applied under the recommendation and/or direction of a registered, professionally qualified Therapeutic Aromatherapist or Medical Practitioner. Essential oils are powerful natural plant chemicals that could cause harm when ingested irresponsibly.
