Bergamot is known to reduce inflammation, induce a positive mood, and is full of anti-ageing antioxidants. It is also a unique in the citrus oil family in its ability to enhance a calming environment.

Dilute this pure essential oil with a suitable carrier oil (eg: grapeseed oil, almond oil) and use it in your diffuser, or even simply inhale the scent directly from the bottle. Using neat essential oils may irritate the skin so always dilute into a carrier oil or base cream before use.

Ingestion of oils: Ingestion should only ever be applied under the recommendation and/or direction of a registered, professionally qualified Therapeutic Aromatherapist or Medical Practitioner. Essential oils are powerful natural plant chemicals that could cause harm when ingested irresponsibly.
