Nautica Organics Carrier Oil – Neem Oil (Organic) – 50ml

Traditional Usage: Neem Oil contains chemicals that might help reduce blood sugar levels, heal ulcers in the digestive tract, kill bacteria, and prevent plaque from forming in the mouth. It is rich in fatty acids, Vitamin E, and antioxidants, which all help skin cells regenerate. It is therefore used to treat head lice, tooth plaque, gingivitis, psoriasis, to repel insects, and for many other purposes. it is also commonly used as an insecticide for plants.

Because of the potency of Neem oil, it’s a good idea to mix it with equal parts of another carrier oil — like jojoba, grapeseed, or coconut oil — when using it for larger areas of the hair, face, body, or on sensitive skin. Also, it has a strong odor, so you may want to use Lavender or other oils to tone down its odor.
